Materials & Care

Our customisable handbags & accessories are handcrafted in New Delhi, India with pure buff leather & high quality suede. Our leather is ethically sourced and is a by-product of the meat industry.

We offer various textured & embossed buff leather options:

  • Ostrich
  • Metallic
  • Croc
  • Pebbled
  • Hair on

We only use high quality hardware, zippers & stitching materials. Our products are lined with high-grade canvas or suede.

DO NOT wash or dry the bags, clean with a soft damp cloth. Keep away from extreme heat/sun & liquids. Store in a cool dry place.

Returns & Exchanges

For all customised orders we only offer a full refund for defects & damages upon receiving the order. We currently do not offer any exchanges for customised orders.

For any defects or damages upon receiving your product, please contact us immediately & we will aim to refund upto 100% of the purchase price.

All our products are handcrafted and made to order. We start bringing your designs to life within a day of receiving your order, and endeavor to dispatch your order within 7 business days.
While all good things take time, your uniquely crafted design should reach you in 11-25 days!

Where all does CustoModa ship?

We ship Australia wide for free! We also ship across the globe for a marginal shipping fee.
