We offer free standard shipping for all orders across Australia and New Zealand.
We also offer express shipping for AUD$30 across Australia and New Zealand.
Singapore Shipping:
Standard shipping: SGD$15
Express shipping: SGD$35
International Shipping:
We currently ship to 27 countries other than Australia, Singapore and New Zealand from the below list:
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom and United States.

Processing Times:
Woven Leather Bags: We stock and ship most of our handwoven leather bags from our Melbourne, Australia Warehouse. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually take between 2-7 business days to reach you. Orders marked as "Pre-order" may be shipped directly from our warehouse in New Delhi, India. Dispatch timelines are indicated on the product page for pre-order items.
Custom and Other Orders: All our other products are handcrafted and mostly made-to-order. We start crafting your orders within 1-2 business days from the time you confirm your purchase through payment. Depending on the complexity of your order, the fulfilment time (unless otherwise stated on product page) from order placement to dispatch is:
- Custom Bags - 5-10 business days
- From curated collection - 5-7 business day
- 100% Customised with quote - 10-14 business days
- Corporate or bulk orders - Usually 30 business days (enquire for details)
