When will I get my product?

All our products are handcrafted and made to order. We start bringing your designs to life within a day of receiving your order, and endeavor to dispatch your order within 7 business days.
While all good things take time, your uniquely crafted design should reach you in 11-25 days!

Where does custo:moda ship from?

All our products are handcrafted by experienced craftsmen in our warehouse in New Delhi, India. We use the highest quality of materials and processes to create premium products.

What is your return policy?

For all custom orders, we don't offer any exchanges but will provide a refund for any damages or defects on a case by case basis.
For any defects or damages upon receiving your product, please contact us immediately & we will aim to refund 75%-100% of the purchase price on a case by case basis.

Materials & Care

Our bags & accessories are handcrafted and made to order with pure buff leather & high quality suede. Our leather is ethically sourced and is a by-product of the meat industry.
We offer various textured & embossed buff leather options:
  • Ostrich
  • Metallic
  • Croc
  • Pebbled
  • Hair on
We only use high quality hardware, zippers & stitching materials. Our products are lined with high-grade canvas or suede.
DO NOT wash or dry the bags, clean with a soft damp cloth. Keep away from extreme heat/sun & liquids. Store in a cool dry place.
